Sands

Unscreened Sand is unwashed or sifted.  It may contain traces of roots and small pebbles. This sand is commonly used for horse arenas or drainage fields.  It can also be used for leveling patios and water tanks.

Washed sand has been double washed and sifted. Color may vary from a cream to a sand white. It is fine in texture and is optimal for masonry work, pool leveling and texturing.  This sand may be used in combination with compost to create a topdressing for lawn growth.

Plaster sand contains coarse grains of sand and can be used for sand pits, sports pits, and masonry work.  Color may vary and grain texture is ideal for stucco. 

This sand is a medium to coarse grain manufactured sand.  It is made of limestone and has the texture of coarse natural sand.  It is used primarily for leveling under water storage tanks, chicken coops, and patios.
