Deliveries

If you are a new costumer or new to the area, we recommend  you come view the material before placing an order. Once material has been delivered; there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. REJECTION OF MATERIAL BEFORE IT IS DUMPED WILL STILL BE SUBJECT TO A DELIVERY FEE.

We require a 4 yard minimum on any material. Note: You can always order between the minimum and maximum amounts per truckload.  Please call for pricing.

Gravel, Sand, and Soils are a 10 yard maximum per truckload. Mulch is a 15 yard maximum per truckload. Note: You can always order between the minimum and maximum amounts per truckload. Please call for pricing.

We offer delivery services across the following counties: Bandera, Medina, Kerr, Bexar, and Kendall. Note: All deliveries are subject to a fee.

We politely ask for at least 1 week's notice for scheduling deliveries. Spring is our busiest season and wait time may be 2 weeks. If you are planning a project where the rental of machinery may be needed; we suggest scheduling deliveries several days before set project date. We do not accommodate same-day deliveries. This insures time for unforeseen circumstances.  Note: We operate by "first come, first serve". If you do not place an order at time of the informative phone call or visit to our location, we cannot guarantee the allotted time slot that we gave you will be available; most especially when concerning multiple truckloads. In the event of rescheduling an order, it is most probable that you will NOT get a delivery in the same week as previously scheduled. If a rescheduling or cancelation needs to be made; we kindly ask that it be done 24 hours prior to allotted time.     

We sell by cubic yards which is a volumetric measurement and is different than tons which is a weighted measurement. Please use the calculator provided to get accurate measurements. We often get the question, "Are you sure you brought me the right amount of material because it doesn't look like a lot?" Please understand that eyeballing a volumetric quantity will never be accurate. Coverage at the right depth will typically be more accurate. We recommend that you accurately measure your area to insure optimal coverage. 

We pride ourselves in great customer service. However, there can be multiple factors that can prevent us from delivering during your allotted time, which includes the weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We do not control the weather, and this plays a factor on whether materials can be delivered. Note: Due to being in the Hill Country; weather is sporadic in terms of location, amount, and time. While your location may be dry, there is a possibility that might not be the same case at our location.
